Our powder filling service provides cost-effective filling and repacking of powdered chemicals and other dry materials into ready-to-use packaging. We can supply customised packaging or fill into customer-supplied bags and pouches, with a flexible approach suited to both smaller and larger production runs.

Powder Filling from 1 g to 3 kg

Our standard filling equipment is optimised for pack sizes from approximately 1 g to 3 kg, with a range of stand-up doypacks and gripseal bags available to suit different fill weights and powder densities. Larger or smaller pack sizes can also be considered where appropriate, although our standard equipment is generally most cost-effective inside this range.

Filling Accuracy & Cost

Filling parameters are tailored to each product and application rather than relying on a fixed machine setting. We balance filling speed, material cost and the accuracy required to achieve the most cost-effective result while meeting the customer's specified filling tolerances.

This approach allows us to provide economical filling across a wide range of quantities and materials, from small packs containing just a few grams through to multi-kilogram fills.

Hazardous Chemical Filling

We can handle most chemical powders, including many hazardous materials. Each product and filling requirement can be assessed individually to establish suitable handling and filling arrangements, allowing a wide range of chemical products to be considered rather than imposing a simple blanket list of exclusions.

Low Minimum Quantities & Bespoke Filling

Our in-house design and manufacture of dispensing equipment gives us considerable flexibility when setting up new products. This allows us to accommodate lower minimum quantities than are typical for contract filling, while keeping product-specific tooling costs particularly low.

Whether you need an existing bulk chemical divided into smaller retail or industrial packs, or require a bespoke filling arrangement for a particular product, we can develop a practical and cost-effective solution around your requirements.

Packaging Options

We can fill into customer-supplied packaging or source and supply suitable bags as part of the filling service. Our range of doypacks and gripseal bags covers a broad range of pack sizes and powder densities. Custom printed packaging and labelling are also available as separate services.
