How much will delivery cost for my order?
Delivery cost will vary depending on the weight of the items ordered and the destination country. To see how much items cost to deliver, simply add the items to your shopping basket and select your destination country on the Shopping Basket page - the shipping cost will then be displayed.
In some cases the website will be unable to calculate the best price, in which case you will be presented with a quote request form. Simply enter your email address and our staff will respond promptly with the best available price by email - you will then be able to complete the checkout process as usual. This service is free to use and you are under no obligation to proceed once a quote has been provided.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will usually be dispatched the same day or next day. Orders delivered by courier must be placed before 9am for same day dispatch, or if delivered by Royal Mail can be placed up to 2pm for same day dispatch. We will occasionally send out your order on the same day even if you are past the cut off. An order may be sent next day if there is an item not immediately available. On rare occasions there may be a longer delay in dispatch, if you have an urgent requirement, please add a message to your order.
Which delivery company will deliver my order?
Packages up to 2Kg containing non-hazardous items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. For packages 2Kg and over, or those containing hazardous items, UKMail is our preferred courier. Prices are based on packaged weight and are quoted at checkout. For particularly heavy orders (over 25kg) it could be best to contact us with your requirements so we can offer the best deal.
Packages up to 2Kg are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service. Delivery time is typically 4 to 9 working days depending on the destination country, but can take longer in some cases, for example if the item needs to clear customs.
If your order is 2Kg or over, you will need to request a shipping quote - this can either be done on the Shopping Basket page, or you may prefer to contact us with your requirements.
Due to the complexity of sending hazardous goods internationally, you will need to contact us to discuss your requirements prior to placing an order.
Can I track my delivery?
Royal Mail deliveries are not trackable, but we do offer a no quibble replacement that will be sent out if your package does not arrive - please see 'Returns and Cancellations' below.
UKMail orders can be tracked at www.ukail.com. Choose the "Customer Reference" option, and enter "Inoxia WEBXXXXX", replacing WEBXXXX with your personal order reference number which can be found in your confirmation email. If you provided a mobile number at checkout, you will receive notification of your UKMail delivery the day before by SMS, or by Email otherwise.
For any other service, you will usually receive Email notification of tracking information. Please contact us if you have not received tracking information. If you want a specific day or time for delivery, please email or phone us to arrange this before you order.
How are hazardous goods delivered?
Hazardous goods can be dispatched by road, sea and air in accordance with the rules set out in the ADR, IMDG and IATA regulations. Packaging, labelling and documentation are all to the highest standard so consignments are ready for transport, will arrive safely intact and will not be unduly retained by customs.
Items will normally be dispatched in 'Limited Quantities', this will occasionally mean that larger weights will be split into several smaller packages.
Returns and Cancellations
Inoxia offers a no quibble 30-day returns and cancellations policy, starting from the moment you place your order. If you would like to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt you will receive a full refund for the item. Any item that you receive incorrectly or damaged, we can either send you out a replacement or offer a full refund including any shipping costs. Cancellations before dispatch will be granted a full refund including shipping fees. If you would like to exercise any of you rights under this policy, please first Contact Us stating your order number and your refund or replacement will be handled from there.
