Delivery Schedule
In order to help keep prices low, orders are processed twice a week. This usually occurs on Wednesdays and Sundays, with deliveries on Fridays and Tuesdays, this means the average delivery time is 2.5 working days for UK orders. Should you need your order sooner, or you have any specific shipping requirements, send us an email or phone call and we will try to accommodate your needs.
UK Orders
Royal Mail First Class is used for orders 2kg and lighter, the courier company, UKMail, take the majority of our heavier orders as well as any hazardous goods consignments. Prices are based on packaged weight and are quoted at checkout, hazardous good must be delivered by UKMail, and so will be charged at courier rates, even if you are only buying 100g. For particularly heavy orders (over 25kg) it could be best to Contact Us with your requirements so we can offer the best deal.
International Orders
For international orders up to 2kg, shipping prices will be calculated on the website based on the packaged weight and dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail to anywhere in the world. Delivery times are typically 4-9 working days depending on when you order and where you live in the world, but may take longer in some cases to clear customs in non-EU countries. Because there are so many delivery options for sending goods overseas, for orders over 2kg it is always best to Contact Us with the details of what you would like to order and the best deal can be found for you. It is possible to send hazardous goods internationally, but because the packaging rules are complex, it is difficult to offer an automated quotation via the website. If you would like to order hazardous good, please Contact Us by Email or phone with the details of what you would like to order and you'll hear back soon with the available shipping options.
Tracking
Royal Mail deliveries are not traceable, but we offer a no quibble replacement that will be sent out if Royal Mail manages to loose your parcel (See 'Returns and Cancellations' below). UKMail orders can be tracked at www.UKMail.biz, by entering "Inoxia WEBxxxx" into the "Track your parcel here, By Reference Number", using your personal order number in place of 'WEBxxxx'. You will receive notifictation of your UKMail delivery the day before by SMS if you gave us a mobile number, or by Email otherwise. Tracking for 2kg and heavier orders sent internationally by prior arrangement will usually receive Email notificiation of tracking information, please Contact Us if you have not received tracking information. If you want a specific day or time for delivery, please email or phone us to arrange this before you order.
Hazardous Goods
Inoxia is in a position to dispatch hazardous goods by road, sea and air in accordance with the rules set out in the ADR, IMDG and IATA regulations. Packaging, labelling and documentation are all to the highest standard so consignments are ready for transport, will arrive safely intact and will not be unduly retained by customs. For the quantities usually sold through Inoxia, items will be dispatched in 'Limited Quantities', this will often mean a larger weight of a chemical will be split into several inner packages and an order may arrive in a number of boxes if certain chemicals may not be packaged in the same outer packaging.
Returns and Cancellations
You are offered a no quibble returns and cancellations policy, if you would like to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt you will receive a full refund for the item. Any item that you receive incorrectly or damaged, we can either send you out a replacement or offer a full refund including any shipping costs. Cancellations before dispatch will be granted a full refund including shipping fees. If you would like to exercise any of you rights under this policy, please first Contact Us stating your order number and your refund or replacment will be handeled from there.
