Inoxia Chemical Supplies Shipping Information
In order to help keep prices low, orders are processed once a week. This usually occurs on Wednesdays. Should you need your order sooner, or you have any specific shipping requirements, send us an email and we will try to accomodate your needs.
We use a variety of couriers and carriers so delivery service may vary. The majority of orders are sent by a service that requires a signature upon delivery. For UK orders over 2kg you will be sent an email or SMS text message telling you when your order is expected to be delivered. If you want a specific day or time of delivery, please email us before you order.
Bulk orders are welcome and shipping is not a problem. We can arrange competitively priced delivery to suit your needs.
We will ship most of our product range to the rest of the world, but not any of the chemicals hazardous for shipping. For orders made within the EU no customs documentation is needed and no extra taxes need to be paid. For orders made from outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any intervention made by customs, including checking of packages and duty to be paid.
