Inoxia Ltd operate an age verification and customer agreement policy for certain chemicals within our catalogue. All chemicals under this policy are clearly marked on the relevant pages. If you wish to purchase any of these items you must first provide us with a proof of age and a signed customer agreement. If you place an order containing any of these items, your delivery will not be dispatched until we receive the required documets (see below)

For customers outside of the EU, please contact our shipping department for more information on what can be delivered to you.

We will require two things from you:

1. A signed customer agreement, with your name, signature, and date. You can download it in PDF Format and print it off to post to us.

2. Proof of age, showing you are 18 years or older, which may be any of the following:
• Driving licence
• Birth Certificate
• Passport
• Any other mutually acceptable identification

Originals, high quality photocopies or e-mailed scans are accepted. As some copies can come out poorly we may ask for a better print if the first appears tampered with, or is illegible. If you choose to e-mail your documents, please send them to

It should be noted that we cannot take responsibility for your ID being lost in the post, so if you are sending originals, we strongly recommend sending them by ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day™’, as delivery by this service is guaranteed by Royal Mail. This service usually costs £3.75

If, when posting customer agreement and ID, you place an order, your order will be sent with your ID is the same package by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day™. Otherwise, if you send your disclaimer without making an order, you will receive your ID back Royal Mail Special Deliver Next Day™ by return of post. Due to the additional cost for both parties, customers are recommended to photocopy their documents.
