Do I need an account to place orders through the Inoxia website?
No. You can make one off orders without registering, however we highly reccomend you sign up for an account if you plan on making more than one order.
If I sign up for an account, are my payment details recorded anywhere?
No. In fact, your payment details never go through the Inoxia servers. We use highly secure payment gateways to process your payment, so you can be assured your payment details remain safe throughout the entire transaction.
What details do you hold about me if I open an account?
We will record your name, address and e-mail address for contact purposes only. If you sign our customer agreement, we will record this on your account so you can make future orders without having to sign the agreement again. We also record details such as your last login date, and the number of times you have logged in. For more details on how we use this information, please see our privacy policy.
What do I do if I have a problem with my account, or wish to close my account?
Please contact us.
Will my account be deleted if I don't use it?
We will delete your account and records of all your previous orders if you do not log in to your account at least once every three months. You do not have to place an order with us to keep your account open. Please note that we reserve the right to close your account at any time.
